Alright, I’m not here to rant about how thoroughly pissed off I am at some people in this fandom (even though I can go on for hours about it, as can most of you, I’m sure). I’m here to tell all of you guys about my plan over here.
About five minutes ago, I made a twitter called @ @notallfansrbad. The purpose of it? Let me share.
Lately, so many people that call themselves true fans of one direction have stepped completely out of line by verbally harassing both Danielle and Eleanor. It’s completely ridiculous, and completely out of whack, but I’m not going to spend my time ranting about that right now.
This has really upset the boys, or Louis and Liam at least. (I mean come on, who wouldn’t be upset over this?) I feel like both of them have already snapped. Louis broke a few days ago, and Liam only a few hours ago.
For the first time, I was truly ashamed to be a part of this fandom. So many of you are wonderful, and probably agree with what I’m saying (most of you, actually), but the rest of you really surprised me by sinking as low as sending hate to people you don’t even know.
That being said, me and my friend Kaylee decided to make a twitter. Our goal here is to get noticed by the boys, and send the message that not all directioners are bad, and to apologize together as one big fandom.
But, in order to be noticed by the boys, we all need to work together. If you’re reading this and you have a twitter, I’d really appreciate it if you followed us to support our cause. Follow us, and tweet us, and we’ll retweet your opinions, apologizes, thoughts, etc. All of us have to come together and do this collectively as a family, as corny and cheesy as this sounds. If One Direction notices us and tweets to us, that doesn’t only mean they acknowledge me and Kaylee, it means they acknowledge all of us and accept what we have to say.
